What is your minimum order quantity?

Our typical custom-bag MOQ is 500 pieces. The final minimum depends on the design, materials and logo method; please send us your specifications for confirmation.

How long does sampling take?

A typical sample takes 5–7 days after the design, materials and details are confirmed. Complex structures or special materials may take longer.

What is the bulk-production lead time?

Bulk production typically takes 20–25 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Timing depends on the bag design, materials and quantity.

Can you customize the bag?

Yes. Send us your reference sample or drawings, target size, material preferences, logo artwork and estimated quantity. Our team will review the available construction and branding options for your project.

Can you provide compliance documents?
