How a custom bag order moves forward

Each project is made to an agreed specification, not taken from ready stock. The exact materials, inspection plan and schedule depend on the design and order requirements.

01 / Brief

Tell us what you need

Send a sketch, photo or reference sample with target dimensions, use, quantity, logo and destination. We identify the details needed for a realistic quotation.

02 / Specification

Choose materials and construction

Confirm the fabric, lining, padding, compartments, handles, straps, closures, branding and packaging that suit the bag’s purpose.

03 / Sample

Review before production

We prepare a sample for approval. You can check fit, workmanship, color and logo placement before the final production specification is confirmed.

04 / Preparation

Source and cut materials

Approved materials and components are prepared for cutting and organized against the order specification.

05 / Making

Print, sew and assemble

Decoration, stitching and assembly follow the approved sample and construction details. We check key workmanship points during production.

06 / Delivery readiness

Inspect, pack and ship

Finished bags are checked against agreed requirements, packed as specified and prepared for shipment.

100% inspection can be included in your order plan

For buyers who require it, we can arrange inspection of every finished bag against the approved specification. The checklist can cover dimensions, seams, closures, hardware, logo appearance and packing details. Agree the inspection scope with us before production.

Can you work from my own design?

Yes. Share drawings, reference photos or an existing sample. We review the materials and construction needed to make it.

Is there ready stock?

These are custom-production projects. Existing product photos illustrate possible designs, not a promise of immediate stock.

What is your usual minimum?

Our typical custom MOQ is 500 pieces. Final requirements depend on the design, materials, decoration and packaging.

How is the schedule confirmed?

We discuss sample and bulk-production timing after the specification, quantity and materials are clear, rather than promising one lead time for every bag.
