What is the MOQ for your backpacks/bags?	We support flexible MOQ to meet different business needs. For regular styles, the MOQ is 1 pcs, and we also accept mixed orders of different colors and sizes. For customized orders with your logo, the MOQ is 300 pcs. Please contact us for more details.
Can you customize the logo and design for the bags?	Yes, we offer full customization services, including screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and embossed logos. We also accept OEM/ODM orders based on your design drawings. Our professional team will confirm the details with you before mass production.
What materials are your backpacks made of? Which materials are waterproof, and which are not?	We offer various materials: Waterproof/Repellent: 600D/900D Oxford (PU/PVC coated), nylon/polyester (with water-repellent finish). Ideal for travel, commuting, and light rain. Non-Waterproof: Canvas/cotton (breathable but absorbs water easily). Uncoated polyester/nylon offers no protection against heavy rain.
How long is your production and delivery lead time?	For in-stock items, we can ship within 3-5 working days. For mass production orders, the lead time is 15-30 days after receiving your deposit, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements. We will arrange fast shipping via sea, air, or express to meet your deadline.
What is your after-sales service policy?	We provide strict quality inspection before shipment. If you receive defective products due to our quality issues, we offer free replacement or full refund. We also provide 12 months of after-sales support for manufacturing defects. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

Our typical custom-bag MOQ is 500 pieces. The final minimum depends on the design, materials and logo method; please send us your specifications for confirmation.

How long does sampling take?

A typical sample takes 5–7 days after the design, materials and details are confirmed. Complex structures or special materials may take longer.

What is the bulk-production lead time?

Bulk production typically takes 20–25 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Timing depends on the bag design, materials and quantity.

Can you customize the bag?

Yes. Send us your reference sample or drawings, target size, material preferences, logo artwork and estimated quantity. Our team will review the available construction and branding options for your project.
